I submitted a ticket but have not heard back+

Check your email for the tracking link. Urgent issues are handled first. If it has been over 24 hours for a non-urgent item, contact facilities support.

How do I report an urgent issue?+

Contact facilities directly for flooding, electrical hazards, or security-related building faults. Log a ticket afterward for the record.

Can I update my ticket after submitting?+

Use the tracking link from your confirmation email. On that page you can view updates and reply directly to the maintenance team.

Who can access the admin dashboard?+

Technicians and managers use Staff Login with their company email. Ask your facilities manager if you need dashboard access.
