How to log a maintenance ticket

A short guide for staff on reporting building and maintenance issues.

01

Open the ticket form

Go to Log a Ticket from the navigation or homepage. No staff login is required to submit a request.

02

Describe the issue clearly

Include your name, department (e.g. HR, Production, Warehouse), building, priority level, and a clear description. Add an asset tag for machinery faults and a photo where helpful.

03

Submit and save your reference

After submitting you will receive a ticket number and a tracking link by email. Your department manager is also notified for awareness. Bookmark this link to check status anytime.

04

Track progress

Status updates are sent by email when a technician accepts your ticket, needs more information, and marks it complete. You can reply on the tracking page at any time.

Tips

  • For urgent safety issues (flooding, fire alarm faults, no power in critical areas), contact facilities directly and log a ticket.
  • Use urgent priority only for safety risks or business-critical outages.
  • Log one ticket per issue so the right technician can be assigned.
  • Include asset numbers or equipment labels when reporting machinery faults.
